FOR ORGANIZATIONS AND TEAMS

Organizations dedicated to making social change can benefit from coaching as well! An organization's health and success depends on the support of staff and board. Partnering with a coach allows leaders to tackle change and overcome challenges with improved creativity, inspiration, resiliency, and confidence.

I contract with organizations to either work one-on-one with their leaders or to guide a leadership team. Teams who use my services:

  • Improve interpersonal and team communications
  • Identify large, long-term goals
  • Break down the long-term goals into manageable tasks for staff and board
  • Find agreement on a common vision and values
  • Strengthen interpersonal relationships
  • Design clear organizational structure and responsibilities
